Your role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant & Culture Manager to support our team in daily operations and help create a productive and positive working environment.
This role combines administrative responsibilities with the opportunity to actively shape our company culture and support the smooth functioning of our growing team.
You will help keep the office running efficiently, support colleagues in their daily work and ensure that the team has everything it needs to focus on building the future of energy infrastructure.

You will help keep the office running efficiently, support colleagues in their daily work and ensure that the team has everything it needs to focus on building the future of energy infrastructure.
Your tasks
- Support the team in administrative and organizational tasks in daily business operations
- Manage office logistics, including office supplies, equipment and general organization of the workspace
- Oversee fleet management and coordinate vehicle-related topics
- Support financial overview tasks such as coordinating purchases and tracking team expenses
- Coordinate and book business travel for team members, including transportation and accommodation
- Support the planning and organization of team events, workshops and internal meetings
- Help ensure that the office environment is well organized and supports an efficient workflow
- Act as a central contact point for internal operational topics
- Support onboarding of new team members and help them integrate into the team
- Contribute to maintaining and developing a strong and positive team culture
Your profile
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- High level of reliability and attention to detail
- Structured working style and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of operational tasks
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
- Ability to work independently while staying closely connected to the team
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Very good German skills (C1 level) as many administrative and organizational topics are handled in German and with regional partners
- Interest in contributing to a positive team culture and collaborative workplace
- Experience in office management, team assistance or operations roles
- Experience in startups or dynamic working environments
- Interest in sustainability, technology or innovation
