You will support commercial execution across the sales process and help improve our go-to-market strategy and internal workflows to make growth more scalable and effective.

Your tasks
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to support REPS’ commercial strategy
- Assess site conditions to identify high-potential deployment opportunities
- Research and summarize regulatory and legal frameworks relevant to REPS’ go-to-market strategy
- Translate insights into concise, structured decision-support materials such as one-pagers, management updates, and recommendations
- Support sales execution by preparing accounts, mapping stakeholders, preparing outreach, and owning follow-ups and next steps
- Develop and improve sales materials and internal processes, including case sheets and CRM workflows
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business / Management and Economics, Data Analytics or a related field
- Hands-on mindset: you like taking initiative and getting things done
- Strong analytical skills and structured work style
- Eagerness to take on responsibility in a start-up environment
- Ability to learn new topics quickly and independently
- Confident using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Google Workspace, Notion and CRM tools like Attio
- Initial experience in the field of data and business analytics, sales and project work
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
