Your role
Are you studying business, management or communications and have a strong eye for design and enjoy turning ideas into high-quality content as well as organizing and planing events.
Then this is your chance: As a Marketing & Communications Intern, you help strengthen REPS’s international visibility across customers, partners, media, and investors.
You will contribute to building a clear communications strategy and a globally recognizable brand. You will support key marketing process of a start-up from strategic planning to event coordination.
In short: You’ll help shape how REPS is perceived, from the inside and the outside.

Your tasks
- Contribute to developing and executing a multi-channel communication strategy
- Create and publish content across channels (LinkedIn, website, newsletters/updates, communication materials)
- Build and further develop brand structures and templates (CI/CD, pitch decks, one-pagers, asset library)
- Draft and coordinate PR and stakeholder communications (press releases, statements, event updates)
- Research relevant events, conferences, and network opportunities
- Coordinate and help deliver REPS’ end-to-end trade fair presence, from preparation to follow-up
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Management, Marketing & Communication, or a related field
- Hands-on mindset: you like taking initiative and getting things done
- Strong design skills and structured work style
- Eagerness to take on responsibility in a start-up environment
- Ability to learn new topics quickly and independently
- Confident using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Google Workspace, and Notion
- Experience working with Adobe Indesign / Photoshop or comparable products
- Initial experience in the field of B2B marketing and communication
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
