Finance & Growth Associate

As a Finance & Growth Associate, you will work directly with our COO and Business Team at the intersection of finance, strategy, operations and growth.

You will help build the financial and operational foundation of a fast-growing deep-tech startup and support some of the company's most important initiatives. From financial planning and business modeling to process optimization, fundraising preparation and commercial strategy, you will contribute across a wide range of business-critical topics.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role with significant ownership and responsibility from day one. You will not only analyze opportunities and develop concepts, but also drive execution and ensure projects move forward.

You will work on topics such as:

• Financial planning, forecasting and business modeling
• Fundraising preparation and investor reporting
• KPI tracking, performance analysis and strategic decision support
• Optimization of sales, business development and operational processes
• Cross-functional projects across business, finance and technology
• Building scalable systems, structures and workflows

• Support financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities
• Build and maintain financial models, business cases and scenario analyses
• Support fundraising activities, investor reporting and strategic finance projects
• Track company KPIs and transform data into actionable insights
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Support the optimization and scaling of sales and business development processes
• Prepare presentations, reports and decision-making materials for management and investors
• Drive cross-functional projects across business, finance and technology teams
• Build and improve internal processes, systems and reporting structures
• Take ownership of high-impact projects from concept to execution
• Help scale REPS through structured execution and continuous improvement

• First experience in finance, venture capital, consulting, startups, business operations or project management
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with numbers and business data
• Ability to structure complex topics and turn them into clear actions
• High level of ownership, accountability and reliability
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Hands-on mentality with a strong bias toward execution
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-moving environment

• Fluent English skills (German is a plus)

• Experience in startups or high-growth environments
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting or business planning
• Experience with fundraising, venture capital or investor relations
• Experience with CRM systems and sales operations
• Experience with Notion, HubSpot, Airtable or automation tools
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Interest in climate tech, energy systems, infrastructure or deep-tech innovation
