Team Assistant Intern (m/f/d)

We are looking for a hands-on team assistant who supports us in day-to-day operations and helps bring structure into a fast-growing startup environment.

You will work closely with the COO and the business team and get direct exposure to how a company is built from the inside.

This role is highly operational, flexible and diverse.

• Support in daily operations and administrative tasks
• Prepare documents, presentations and internal materials
• Organize bookings (travel, accommodation, meetings)
• Support planning and execution of team events
• Help set up and improve internal tools (e.g. Personio, Notion)
• Assist in marketing-related tasks (e.g. templates, content preparation)
• Take ownership of small projects and ensure execution

• Currently enrolled student (any relevant field)
• Looking for a full-time (internship) or part-time role (working student) alongside your studies
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Hands-on mindset - you get things done
• Reliable, structured and proactive
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
